Our Process

Our collaboration begins with a personal consultation at either our showroom/studio or your space. (Although we most often want to see the actual space at some point). It is essential for us to get to know your lifestyle, personality and design ethic etc. We will incorporate these elements into your custom project. With that we bring our years of experience, art, sense of color and use of the right materials that will result in a bespoke, timeless design that becomes one with the interior space and architecture, creating the cohesiveness it rightly deserves. At this point we will go through and view samples showcasing the variety of products, color options, techniques and finishes.

Following the initial consultation, an estimate is submitted to make sure the project is within budget. And once decision is made to proceed, we can create custom samples at a fee for your approval. Cost of samples varies on materials and time and are often then deducted from initial project.

Once approved, a project agreement is prepared and signature required. A deposit is collected with agreement to get you in the schedule. Materials are ordered.

Yay! Project day begins. We take great care to respect the clients space, through proper preparation, protection of surrounding surfaces, and professional conduct on all of our projects. All of our artisans are highly trained and skilled, resulting in a smooth process with mutual trust. During the project, communication is a vital part with updates provided often. Once the project is completed, you are left with a custom designed surface that will finish your space perfectly.
